Shipping Policy
At Blue City Roasters, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for our customers. Please review the information below regarding shipping times, carriers, costs, and specific country details.
Shipping within the Netherlands:
- We aim to ship orders within two business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase.
- Our roasting schedule involves roasting from Tuesday to Fridays, followed by a degassing period.
- Filter coffee is shipped up to 3 days after roasting, while espresso is shipped up to 7 days after roasting.
- We use DHL all packages shipped within the Netherlands, at a cost of €4,45.
- Orders over €40 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.
Shipping within the Eurozone:
- Shipping within the Eurozone is facilitated through PostNL and/or DHL Parcel, depending on the destination.
